Ownership: Owned and operated by Ssemanda Timothy, also known as Royal Jeff
Nature of Business: Private ride-booking, chauffeur-style transportation, and parcel delivery services
Zuri Ride is a privately managed and selectively operated platform, built on passion, trust, and quality of service. It is not an open public taxi or driver-registration marketplace.
All content available on the Zuri Ride Platform, including but not limited to:
Trademarks, trade names, and logos
Text, graphics, images, and designs
Mobile application software and code
Website layout and user interface
are the exclusive property of Zuri Ride™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Zuri Ride.
"Zuri Ride" and all associated names, logos, slogans, and branding elements are trademarks of Zuri Ride™. Use of these trademarks without authorization is prohibited.
Where applicable, the ™ symbol is used to indicate trademark rights. The ® symbol will be used only upon formal trademark registration.
Zuri Ride provides a technology-enabled platform that facilitates transportation and parcel delivery services through a curated and trusted network.
While Zuri Ride strives to ensure reliable and high-quality service, it does not guarantee:
Uninterrupted availability of the Platform
Error-free operation
Availability of specific vehicle types at all times
Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuri Ride shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external circumstances
Losses arising from user-provided inaccurate information
Zuri Ride’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
The Zuri Ride Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Zuri Ride does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of such third parties.
Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.
Zuri Ride may disclose user information where required to comply with:
Legal obligations

Protection of Zuri Ride’s rights, safety, or property
