1. Introduction

These Passenger Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zuri Ride platform, including the Zuri Ride mobile application, website, booking system, payment system, delivery features, customer support channels, and any related services provided by Zuri Ride.

By creating an account, booking a ride, requesting a delivery, making payment, using the Zuri Ride app, accessing the website, or continuing to use any Zuri Ride service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Zuri Ride platform.

2. About Zuri Ride

Zuri Ride is a mobility technology platform that connects passengers, customers, senders, and users with approved drivers for transportation, ride-hailing, chauffeur, delivery, and related mobility services.

4. Eligibility to Use Zuri Ride

To use Zuri Ride, you must:

These Terms, together with Zuri Ride’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Safety Policy, Delivery Policy, and any other applicable policies, form the full agreement between you and Zuri Ride regarding your use of the platform.


44. Passenger Acknowledgment

By using Zuri Ride, you confirm that:

  3. You agree to follow these Terms;
  4. You will provide accurate information;
  5. You will treat drivers respectfully;
  6. You will pay valid charges;
  7. You understand that breach of these Terms may lead to suspension, account restriction, penalties, or legal action.
