At Zuri Ride Driver, we respect every driver’s right to control their personal data. Drivers can permanently delete their account and associated personal data directly from within the app.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed and your access to the Zuri Ride Driver App will be removed.
When a driver deletes their account, Zuri Ride Driver will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, including:
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, operational, fraud-prevention, safety, tax, accounting, or regulatory reasons. This may include:
Retained data is kept only for legitimate legal and business purposes and is not used to reactivate a deleted account unless required by law.
Where retention is required, Zuri Ride Driver may keep limited records for a reasonable compliance period in accordance with applicable law, financial regulations, fraud prevention needs, and safety obligations.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your driver account is deleted, you will lose access to the Zuri Ride Driver App and will need a new approval process if you wish to rejoin the platform in the future.
